What counts as a conversation?
One complete handling of a customer by an AI agent, from the moment they write to you until it is resolved, no matter how many messages they exchange. We do not charge per message.
What happens if I go over my quota?
Your agent keeps working: we never cut off a conversation with your customer. We warn you at 80% and at 100% of the quota, and each extra unit is charged at your plan's price. For outbound sends you can set a monthly spend cap. And if moving up a plan suits you better that month, you switch before the month closes, your usage is covered by the new quota and you pay the difference between plans instead of the overage.
Why does Meta bill me separately?
Meta charges every business for delivering certain WhatsApp messages, whether you use Orvium or not. It bills you directly, with no middlemen and no markup. Your dashboard shows how many messages you have sent and what you can expect to pay before the invoice arrives.
Can I change plans?
Yes, whenever you want. If you move up a plan the change applies immediately and you pay the prorated difference for the month.
How does the annual plan work?
You pay twelve months up front and the monthly price drops: Starter goes to $99, Growth to $279 and Scale to $699. You also pay no implementation fee. Growth annual, for example, is $3,348: you save $840 over the year plus the $499 implementation.
Is there an implementation fee?
Starter has none: you set it up with guided onboarding. Growth ($499) and Scale ($990) include go-live with our team: connecting channels, loading your knowledge base, and configuring agents and business units. In both cases it is a one-time payment, and it is free if you take the annual plan. Enterprise starts at $5,000 depending on the integrations.
Do the prices include tax?
Prices are in US dollars and do not include local taxes.
