Exercise your rights

Access · Rectification · Erasure · Objection · Portability · Blocking

Ley 21.719 gives you six rights over your personal data. Exercising any of them is free, and we answer within 30 calendar days.

The six rights

  • Access — know whether we hold data about you and get a copy, with its origin, purpose and recipients.
  • Rectification — have inaccurate, incomplete or outdated data corrected.
  • Erasure — have your data deleted when it is no longer needed, when you withdraw consent, or when it was processed unlawfully.
  • Objection — object to a specific processing activity, including direct marketing and profiling.
  • Portability — receive the data you gave us in a structured, machine-readable format, or have it sent to another controller.
  • Blocking — have processing suspended temporarily while a claim about your data is resolved.

How to exercise them

Write to privacidad@orvium.ai. That is the channel — there is no form to fill in and no account to create.

What to include

The more precise you are, the faster we can find your data. Please tell us:

  • Which of the six rights you are exercising.
  • Your full name, and the email address we would have on record for you.
  • Your phone number, only if we would hold your data under one — for example if you talked to us on WhatsApp.
  • Whether you are the data subject or a legal representative.
  • Where the data came from, if you know: a form, a WhatsApp conversation, a campaign.

Please do not attach identity documents. We verify you through the email address we already hold; if we genuinely cannot identify you from it, we will ask for the minimum necessary and nothing more. Representatives: we will ask separately for proof of your authority.

Exercising these rights is always free: rectification, erasure and objection without limit, and access at least once per quarter. We keep your request and our reply for 5 years as evidence of compliance, and we never use anything in it for marketing.

If you are not satisfied

You can lodge a complaint with the Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales of Chile, the authority created by Ley 21.719, at any time. You do not need to complain to us first, and you do not need our permission.
