Exercise your rights

Ley 21.719 gives you six rights over your personal data. Use this form to exercise any of them. It is free, and we answer within 30 calendar days.

We answer within 30 calendar days, extendable once by a further 30 days when the request is complex — we will tell you if that happens. A temporary blocking request takes effect within 2 business days. Rectification, erasure and objection are always free; access is free at least once per quarter. If you prefer email, write to privacidad@orvium.ai — it reaches the same queue.

Use the name under which we would hold your data.

We reply here, and we use it to match your request against our records. If it is not the address we hold, tell us which one is in the description below.

Only fill this in if we would hold your data under a phone number — for example if you talked to us on WhatsApp.

Representatives: we will ask you separately for proof of your authority. Do not attach identity documents to this form.

Tell us what you want and, if you can, where the data came from — a form, a WhatsApp conversation, a campaign. The more precise you are, the faster we can find it.

We only use this data to handle your request. We keep the request and our reply for 5 years as evidence of compliance, and nothing here is used for marketing.

If you are not satisfied

You can lodge a complaint with the Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales of Chile, the authority created by Ley 21.719, at any time. You do not need to complain to us first, and you do not need our permission.
