Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Your continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
All content, logos, designs, software, algorithms, AI models, and other materials included in or made available through our Services are the exclusive property of Orvium or its licensors, protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services solely for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without prior written consent from Orvium.
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it carefully.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@orvium.ai. Upon termination, your license to use the Services ceases immediately, and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation of the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orvium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business — arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Orvium in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Orvium shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of the Services arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party infrastructure.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
